Healing Breastfeeding Grief & Trauma

Welcome!

This nine module course will outline the basics of trauma from our current researched understanding of how our body stores it and how stimulus triggers us into reliving past experiences.

I'll walk us through some special factors to consider when we are experiencing trauma in the postpartum period and particular factors to consider with feeding trauma and grief.

The content will hopefully bring you closer to understanding what you've experienced and how you might be able to hold a compassionate space for yourself while trying to raise your family in a loving way.
